Investigations & Surveillance International Pte Ltd ("ISI"), a private investigation and corporate security consultancy firm formerly known as Perfect Security Services was established originally by Mr Karam Chand in the year 1988 in Singapore. Mr Chand has been running Perfect Security Services successfully since the beginning. In April 2002, Mr Chand decided to expand the business to form an investigation firm to become now known as Investigations & Surveillance International Pte Ltd.

Mr Karam Chand is a retired ex-Special Branch Officer (Internal Security Department, Criminal Intelligence Unit/Intelligence Division) with over 30 years experience in the Singapore Police Force. 

ISI provide services ranging from surveillance operations to locating missing persons to the more in depth undercover operations to the most sophisticated electronic debugging sweeps and counter industrial espionage investigations.

ISI employs only the most experienced and professional male and female investigators and uses the most sophisticated investigation equipment to carry out our services.

Our fees are extremely reasonable and at ISI, we believe in providing a friendly and reliable service. Whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in all the client information provided to us, we carry out our investigation with professional expertise.
